This day is designed to help caregivers, chaplains, Stephen's ministers and all those who are past the first pain of bereavement (6 months or more since the loss).

Our focus will be on resilience in grief that is evidence based and data driven, and participants will leave with many fresh ideas for how to improve coping skills whether they are the bereaved, or the person who companions them.

Kim Langley is a spiritual director, author, speaker and trainer. Her book, Send My Roots Rain, was published by Paraclete Press in April 2019 and garnered very positive reviews. She has over 10 years of experience using accessible poems, quotes and reflections for the mindful reading that leads to fruitful discussion or a private deep dive.
