"See, I Am Doing A New Thing"
Friday, December 31, 5:30pm - Saturday, January 1, 11:30am
"See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland."
As we turn the page on the calendar to 2022, we take time to pause and reflect on the past year and plan for the year ahead. Without a doubt, the past year had its challenges and crises, but there were also moments of grace and goodness. Join us in prayer, reflection and quiet conversation about the experience of our lives in 2021 and our hopes for 2022, as we use the Ignatian Examen as our framework and Isaiah 43:19 as our scriptural foundation.
The evening begins with dinner at 5:30 pm, followed by a reflection and time for quiet prayer. We will gather before midnight for some conversation and to share a toast to the New Year. In the morning, we will conclude with liturgy and brunch.
