Journaling with Teilhard: Love and Morality

Fr. Teilhard de Chardin SJ, 1881-1955, explored an evolutionary worldview and its implications for Christian living.

In four virtual sessions, featuring short presentations, reflective writing prompts and group dialogue, we will explore an evolutionary way of living that Teilhard expounded and what it means for our loving relationships and for our moral judgment and behavior. In line with Teilhard, Richard Rohr notes that we live in a Christ-soaked world. The Christ is present and emerging as well as among us. We will explore how our living can be more inclusive and connecting as the evolving Body of Christ.

Michael Reiling is a retired high school theology teacher and a serious student of Teilhard de Chardin. Mike also teaches classes in personal journaling, Whole Brain Living, and Tai Chi.
