Friday, June 21, 6:00pm - Saturday, June 22, 6:30pm
This retreat workshop is designed to help open our minds and hearts to using art to discover more about our True Self and deepen spiritual relationships with God and others. Since we are created in the image and likeness of our Creator, we will discover how our own creativity can connect us.
We will be exploring the importance of keeping a prayer journal, spiritual reading, writing, drawing, and meditating on works of art as a means of spiritual development and growth in our lives. Art, when approached in a prayerful manner, can be quite powerful in helping us to connect with our God.
No art experience is necessary; only an interest in another way of viewing prayer and seeking God.
Price includes $20 fee for art supplies
