Discover how we can use this classic holiday film to guide our prayer during the season of Advent. As we follow George Bailey’s footsteps, how can our perspective be changed from moments of despair to a new sense of hope. Do George and Clarence have a message for you?

Jim Shea, SJ to you live via Zoom. Everyone who registers will receive a recording of the talk, allowing you to watch it again and again – just like you do each year with “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
Fr. Jim Shea, SJ, is a member of the Midwest Province of the Society of Jesus. Before coming to the Jesuit Retreat Center in Parma, he served for several years at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Chicago.
