The word “retirement” or “old age” suggest that our significant years are past. But what if we see aging as part of an important life movement from role to soul, from achiever to elder? What if life can have a richness and depth not possible in our younger years? Reflect on your life’s on-going adventure through a series of writing prompts that can lead you towards a depth not possible in your younger years.
Come reflect and write with us!
Each session will include 3 writing periods of 10-15 minutes each, some instruction about journal keeping techniques, and sharing of insights.
Session 1 on May 1: How do we describe this time in our lives?
Session 2 on May 8: The Steppingstones of Our Lives
Session 3 on May 15: What Has Shaped Our Lives
Session 4 on May 22: Rules and Gratitudes
