Seeing with the Heart

Respected Jesuit educator and spiritual director Kevin O’Brien, SJ invites you to discover your meaning and purpose as you navigate the turbulent river of life.

Based on his new book, Seeing with the Heart, O’Brien will weave together his personal experience, the 16th century wisdom of Saint Ignatius Loyola, and the insights of sages, poets, artists, and storytellers throughout the ages. He will reveal how we can realize our potential by embracing our struggles with courage, our questions with curiosity, and our destiny with boldness as we tap into our deepest desires and live with authenticity.

Our time together will include presentations, large and small group conversation, time for personal prayer, and conclude with the vigil liturgy for Sunday.

All participants will receive a copy of his new book.

Fr. Kevin O’Brien, SJ is the author of The Ignatian Adventure. A Jesuit priest, lifelong educator, and former practicing attorney, O’Brien brings a unique blend of insight and real-life experience to his writing, leadership, presentations, and spiritual direction. He recently became the founding director of Bellarmine College, an innovative urban community college in Bridgeport, CT as part of Fairfield University.
