CLE REFLECTION SERIES
How Can we Constructively Navigate our Differences?
Encountering people with different points of view and perspectives is part of life. It seems it’s more difficult to navigate differences of opinion now than in the past. We each sow seeds of information and opinion in our daily conversations and interactions. With 24/7 access to social media and all other communication sources, we’re bombarded with information at every turn. There’s hope! We’ll explore centuries old Ignatian tools that can help us engage in more meaningful and healthy conversations.
Sister Rita Mary Harwood, SND will lead us in a dynamic discussion on this topic and offer time for personal reflection and sharing. Sister Rita Mary is a Sister of Notre Dame who served for over 26 years as Diocesan Secretary of Parish Life and Development, following two terms as Provincial Superior of her Community. Highly regarded for her wisdom and compassion, she continues in ministry with immigrants, refugees, the incarcerated and the marginalized.

Since 2007, Loyola Club of Cleveland has gathered Jesuit-educated alumni and friends for food, fellowship and Ignatian-inspired engagement. The vision that was founded by the Loyola Club of Cleveland has grown into the 14 city chapters that make up JFAN – the Jesuit Friends & Alumni Network. Service to others never grows old as we continue to learn, work and live as “Men and Women for Others.”
