Dear Friends of Jesuit Retreat Center,
After 30 years in education, I understand benchmarks and metrics for success. You could look at testing scores and grades, graduation rates and placements, wins on the field or court, trophies on the shelf and medals won. In a retreat center, success is a little harder to measure, particularly in this time of pandemic. From an operational perspective, you can look at the numbers served, funds received from donors, or enhancements to the physical plant.
